Scope of Supply
- Standard tank accessories such as bolt, nut, washer, foam tape, air vent, 600 × 600mm access manhole, internal stays and brackets, internal and external ladder, and water level indicator, subject to manufacturer’s standard and items mentioned in this quotation.
- Pipe-hole opening at factory, excluding flange. Pipe-hole opening on site will incur additional charges.
Excluded from the Supply
- Float valve chamber or top sump.
- Flanges, nozzles, pipes, valves, vortex, electrode sensor, pumps and filter.
- RC works and RC plinths.
- Scaffolding and safety platform for installation.
- Unloading, shifting and hoisting of materials at site.
- Safety training courses, safety equipment and medical tests required for installation.
- Design calculation report, subject to additional charges if requested.
- Water tank cleaning after installation.
- Water supply for testing.
Notes
- Tank shall sit on RC supports/plinths designed and provided by others.
- RC plinths must be level with maximum tolerance of ±3mm.
- Leak testing should be completed within three months after installation to maintain foam-tape quality.
- The customer is responsible for site security of delivered materials. Missing items will be replaced at additional cost.
- The customer shall provide manpower and equipment for unloading, transferring and hoisting materials.
- The customer shall ensure RC plinths are level before calling for delivery and installation.
- For elevated tanks, the customer shall provide suitable working-at-height equipment, including boom lift, crane, scaffolding and safety platform.
- Additional charges apply to excessive or additional work-site requirements not disclosed before quotation or order confirmation.
- Delivery and installation working hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Work outside these hours or on public holidays is chargeable.
- Delivery and installation shall be completed within six months after PO receipt. Extensions are subject to price revision and storage charges.
